Terms of Service
Last updated:
These Terms govern your use of www.mileviero.com (the “Site”), operated by Mile Đurđević (“Mile Viero”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The website
The Site is an informational presence for the musician Mile Viero — biography, concerts, videos and booking contact. It does not sell goods or services online; bookings are arranged individually by email or phone.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, photographs, graphics, the “Mile Viero” name and logo, audio and video — is owned by Mile Viero or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content commercially without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit unlawful or abusive content through the contact form, or use automated means to scrape it in a way that burdens the service.
Bookings & enquiries
The contact form lets you send a non-binding enquiry. Submitting it does not create a contract; any engagement, fee and conditions are agreed separately and in writing. Details you provide are handled per our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links & content
The Site links to and embeds third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information (such as event dates) is always complete, current or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mile Viero shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version and its “last updated” date are published on this page.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. The courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
